Gorgeous modern and sweet.
Come walk into this newly remodeled private home and relax. We have a new fully stocked kitchen and pantry as well as bath luxuries, a cute backyard and a larger front yard. Relax in a lovely Orangevale setting.
A private gate encloses the front yard. An outdoor Ring/Doorbell camera facing the entrance/entry pathway for safety and security will allow you to have your own personal digital code.
Our guests rave about the striking beauty and modernity of this cool space which we reserve for couples and sweet families. The occasional small family gathering may be approved by special request. Partying is not permissible.
You may come and enjoy the Orangevale Parks and Recreation center pool in the Summertime or countless great restaurants, home delivery of food or a walk through the neighborhood.
Your hosts are delighted to make your stay a wonderful experience and are always available to help, advise, or assist.

Very comfortable and thoughtful home

We stayed 3 nights for a sports event. The house is very comfortable, with many thoughtful details. I feel that there is no need to bring anything other than personal use. The communication is easy, prompt and clear. The neighborhood is quiet and yet in walking distance to Walmart and restaurants. The front yard is large with grasses and the backyard is smaller with turf and concrete. Both are very nice. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back when visiting nearby.

Wow! This property has it all!

I have to give Ginger and Joseph 5 stars for literally thinking of everything! I’ve never been to a better stocked kitchen and bathroom! They thought of everything! The property is quiet, with comfortable outdoor seating on both the back and front porches. It was impeccably clean and cozy.

Beautiful property

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible vacation rental, and it completely exceeded all expectations! The house itself was absolutely stunning. It was quaint, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. Every room felt thoughtfully designed, with modern amenities and cozy touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals—such a nice touch! What really set this place apart, though, was the attention to detail. The host had thought of everything, from extra towels and blankets to fun games. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our stay as perfect as possible. I can't recommend this vacation rental enough. It was the perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and make lasting memories. I will definitely be booking again the next time I'm in town!

Couldn’t be any better
