Nice day too much money for what it was dog deposi

This was my first time that I stayed at home to suites and it was a very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. It’s a total suite with a small kitchen. It’s very basic not real fancy. I thought it was slightly overpriced. I think residence Inn is a little bit better for the about this price range in a hotel. It was not really impressed with the breakfast again I think residence and does a much better job at the breakfast this hotel. Basically you just grab a hot sandwich and it did have waffles and some yogurt and a little bit of fruit. The staff was very nice again. This particular location in Sacramento look like it was a newer hotel, but there were quite a few homeless. I had my dog with me. I always stay at dog, friendly hotels, and didn’t feel very good about walking around at night.

If I can rate this hotel a zero I would. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the suite I reserved a month an ago because they were all booked, they just messed up on their end and didn’t want to say it. During check-in they gave me the wrong room and said I would need to pay extra to upgrade for a room I already booked and payed for. They changed my room and put me back in the same studio. It was a major inconvenience for me and my party, I asked to speak to the supervisor that was present sitting literally behind the desk but they were supposedly in a meeting at 10:00pm and notified me that the supervisor was going to contact me, no effort was made by the supervisor which was pretty disappointing. Overall the customer service was pretty dissatisfying.
