The front desk would not allow my wife to check in before I arrived and they made no attempt to allow me to verify her identity but instead were rude. A rep in the back office was needed to solve the problem. They also wouldn't allow her to use the business office. The process made my wife late for a business meeting.

The beds were very comfortable, noticed some stains on the sheets but they were washed, the room itself is nice and the check in was very easy and enjoyable. I prefer not to walk in that area, the restaurants nearby are awesome but I didn't feel safe walking to them even though they are close by. The showers are a bit outdated (look older than I am) but they function very well. Minifridge is miniscule, I wish I could have stored snacks in there. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome and so was the staff. I basically heard all the noise happening outside despite being on the 13th floor. Very good elevators and the parking was decent if not pretty expensive. I would visit again though.

The property although being clean is totally dated and needs to be upgraded from the 1990’s. I stay there once a month or more, but it is depressing because it’s just SO OLD. I will be at the Grand Hyatt in 2 weeks in Kauai. Although that is Olson getting old I still love visiting.

Customer service was horrible, I was ignored twice, while the staff was helping others that had came after me and when there was no one else in line that’s when I was helped. I told the employee that they skipped me twice and all she can say was “what can I help u with” she totally disregarded what I said. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore with this type of customer service.

Area around the stairwells near the street were smelly. TV in the room was outdated and could not get linked to Netflix or any other apps. Asked for housekeeping to come in the evening but they came and knocked in the morning as well. Breakfast not available for non member guests. On busy weekends the pool could use more shade seating.
