So, i dont understand why so many stars and good reviews. walking in it looked clean. though once given the key ....the hallway smelled. im pretty sure cause their per friendly. either that or old carpet. Anycase we get to our room. TV doesnt work. went to ask but while waiting..other people were needing things that seemed maybe their complaint was more important than mine. it was just one guy behind the counter.

I like the staff in answering on how to use the remote to t.v. If was a quiet room and clean with fresh clean sheets on the bed. The overall staff was friendly and helpful to answer my questions. I enjoyed my stay and will return to visit again.

We had to change rooms after one night because they wouldn't fix a sink that wouldn't drain and this particular room had a stale smell. Breakfast was minimal for saying it was a full breakfast. We probably would not stay here again.

The room smelled like a stinky wet dog. The second floor smelled musty due to the leaky pipes from the 3rd floor into the second floor. You could see all the patches in the ceiling from the elevator to our room. The final straw was when I sat down on the toilet and turned to my right I was face to face with a booger on the wall. I was fully grossed out and asked for another room and canceled the rest of my stay The new room on the 3rd floor was much better. However the bathroom had black mold in the bathroom. My spidey senses were on high alert when I first arrived and there were homeless people at the front door counting change. I should have left then. Later I found out they overstayed and the police had to evict them. Not to mention my wife met a lady who was walking her dog. She stated her room flooded and had to change rooms. She couldn't leave because she was undergoing a medical treatment. Please do not stay here

I won't stay here again

Lobby was pretty. My room clean, although, my TV didn't work. I couldn't get the shower to work and the ice machine was "out of order". I attempted to call the front desk and the phone on the desk wasn't plugged in. There for decoration I guess. So, I had to go to front desk TWICE to report these things. The employee behind the desk left his post (with others waiting in line) to go attend to my items.

The building looked great on pictures but in reality the walls had cracks, the paint was peeling off, there was a lot of dust in the corners, and the door to my room looked like someone had previously tried to break in.
