Short family stay

My mother and father in law stayed here. The front desk lady was a great help with getting them in a lower floor room being there disabled partially. Very friendly, tv kinda sucked for some television channels. Hotel is clean, no bugs. Overall a good stay

Had to have desk manager come clean room some because of an order in the room. It helped some, but didn’t completely remove odor. Also had a cigarette type burn in the curtain where you could see outside or inside.

For what we paid for the room it wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't the worst. It was enough for what we needed it for, but a few tihngs could be improved.

Cleaning staff was friendly. It looks like a hotel that houses homeless people. There was an altercation before 6am and the cops came twice. Pool was dirty. Front staff was rude.

Worst hotel stay of my whole life

Terrible jaded staff. Assuming everyone will be rude because they were rude to everyone, really wanted me to cancel my room after we confirmed twice and I asked for a disability room and they said they could make no extra room if I was there by 3 they could try to give me a down stairs room, I got there 230 to make sure I was in line on time and told me check in wasn’t until 3pm then another person came in and they helped them and the wheelchair window where they didn’t want to help me when I was seated in my walker once checked in walking to my room the walker got away from me and all of the inside staff laughed at me and walked out to laugh at me I couldn’t believe this place. I wouldn’t stay here or recommend this place to save my life. The screaming, there was rocks being throw at staff before 8am. Terrible place to stay. Terrible! Not safe for staff or people. It wasn’t cheap to stay here either.
