First of all they gave us the wrong room. In my request, it was 2 queen size beds. We got the right one and immediately we noticed roaches coming out of the outlet. My son got bit by bedbugs and rashes all over his arms and body. It was mentioned that breakfast was included. Only coffee was. Never again will I stay here.

The most noticeable thing is the staff very friendly and willing to help and make you feel at home. The weather was nice so we didn't use the AC overall everything was as good

The room smelled horrible. The bed, the bathroom, everything. Windows are glued shut so I couldn’t get fresh air without keeping the door open. The bed was janky and constantly moved away from the wall. The TV isn’t necessarily broken but it takes about 5 minutes for the screen to turn on. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way and was very difficult to shut. The door to the hotel room luckily did shut and lock but it took a bit of heavy pushing to get it to shut all the way. I really can’t stress this enough but the smell was AWFUL. The best way to describe it is butt and mold. Everyone who worked there was very polite though.

Was initially in room 208 but after finding a cockroach in my bed, staff was helpful by relocating me to room 314. Unfortunately, there were roaches in that room as well. Stayed in that room for the rest of my week stay but had to kill bug after bug.

We pulled in after our concert for a late check-in. There were 2 police SUVs and 2 Sheriff vehicles in the parking lot when we pulled in. The windows were wide open, had no screens. The carpets were covered in crumbs or crumb-like substance in multiple spots. There are visible stains on the bed linens. All of these things are referenced in the pictures. The room smelled like fresh poop. You could see inside the room from outside the locked door - it was not sealed properly. My 16-year old kids begged me not to stay there. When I explained my concerns and offered to show the manager pictures, he bexame defensive and tried refusing my request for a printout of my signed copy. He told me he would not refund my card and that I had to take it up with the website I booked through. At 12:30am, we chose to make the 3-hour drive home. I am formally requesting a refund since the room was uninhabitable.

There were roaches in the bathroom and on bed. We left after 15 minutes. The front desk did not want to give us a refund. I am waiting to hear back from Hotels.com. elevator was digusting, paint peeling,carpet dirty, no water in the pool. Filthy hotel.

Hotel is in bad condition. Very dirty and poorly maintained. Made reservation for three adults but room could only sleep two with no rollaway or sleep sofa option and no contact from hotel ahead of time letting me know that. When asked for bedding to make a ground pallet was given one thin blanket. TV wouldn't shut off; had to unplug it. No mirror on the room. Bathroom was dirty and partly unpainted. Toilet clogged and I had to borrow a plunger that didn't fix it. Front desk difficult when I mentioned all the problems during checkout. I should get money back or a refund; horrible experience.

First off, please let me make corrections about past revuews that were made in error against The Travelodge in Rancho Cordova Ca , There was a couple bad reviews about this location they are untrue because the reviews were made by AI and not by Human that goes to show , its better to make reviews in your own words So with that said we will be removing all poor rating and all bad reviews about this locatin. By true statement The Travelodge in Rancho Cordova is a 5 star location All The emplyees, the front desk , maintance and housekeepers are professional and courtious they are excellent and really treat their customers with upmost respect Its a great place to stay when you are visiting Sacramento Ca everything is closeby food , and gas are literally across the street.
