Horrible hotel in Saidia

Horrible resort, the worst experience I ever had in a hotel in the entire world, we had to wait 4 hours for our room be ready and after it when we got in the room floors were wet in the entire room, the bell hop very nice man apologize and told us he will ask the cleaning lady to comeback to go over the floors because the floors got dirty with our shoes, I was there for two nights and she never came, food is very limited if you are not a fan of chicken you won’t have much to eat, drinks are very limited as well and the staff are very rude , I saw a foreign lady yelling to the hotel director in the middle of the lobby, complaining about the hotel service, also the elevator doesn’t work only one near the lobby, I had been in others hotels in Saidia but this was the worse experience I ever had, the bell hop guys are the more professional in the entire hotel, I feel like I threw my money away going to this hotel, to the point I don’t even want to remember the name of it, very disappointed. Bd aware the hotel doesn’t look in reality like it does look in pictures, very small areas and pools , animation is horrible , I don’t know if the management of the hotel that I’m they don’t care or is the staff that are not well oriented.

We thank you for your comments and apologize for the elements that did not gave you satisfaction.Likely your opinion doesn’t reflect the reality of our facility either, with over 6 hectares total surface, you can be sure that the swimming pools in our resort are big enough (3 of them).Also, not sure if in 2 days in The Radisson Blu Resort Beach Saidia you can have a clear idea about the culinary variety that we offer to our customers, do not forget that in addition to the buffet where we serve international cuisine, we have 3 themed restaurants (Moroccan, Spanish and Asian specialties).We hope to have the opportunity to influence your perception in a positive way for your next visit to Saidia.

I had a pleasant stay at this wonderful property, thanks to; Nice beach, clean air and great service. I would recommend this property for its good value.

Great location and superb service made my stay enjoyable. Also meals were exquisite. I definitely recommend this place as a really nice getaway!

Dirty Rooms... mosquitoes on the walls ... either stuck on the wall or splattered in the walls. blood on the floor in some instances ... The staff doesn’t care about our presence ... seems to be doing us a favor more than service. Food was mostly bland .. or cold ... despite many choices available. Same problem as every other hotel in Morocco... great location and property but terribly run and terrible customer service. These should be given to hotel management groups with experience...

Not a 5 star at all. Staff runs from you when you ask them for drinks. No follow up. There were ants infestation outside my room and it took 3 calls fo have it fixed.
