Step outside to enjoy your private garden spaces on both the east and west sides of the house, along with a private covered terrace and private grill. The outdoor areas are designed to offer spaces for gathering together or finding quiet moments.
Shared parking is available at the property, and bike storage is provided. Events are permitted on the property. You can also access a shared tennis court and shared toys and books for children.
This former farmhouse was completely restored in 2015 and sits at the end of a rural communal road near a hamlet of 4 houses, creating the feeling of arriving far from everything in the countryside. The house remains comfortable and heatable year-round, offering numerous spaces including a large living room with a traditional fireplace, a summer dining room, and a mezzanine game room under a shaded porch. Wood is available for your use. The access road is rustic, paved in some sections and dirt in others, spanning 1.5 km. All cars, vans, and small trucks can navigate it by driving slowly. A horse riding center is being established about 1 km away. You can enjoy the Ardèche train to Lamastre and bike rail rides, with markets in Lamastre on Tuesdays and Saturdays, Vernoux on Thursdays, and visits to the beautiful villages of Desaignes and Boucieu le roi.
