Located only 350m from the beach and the Ocean district, its shops, casinos, bars and restaurants, “GAI BABIL” is the house of our grandparents where nostalgia and vintage style are combined. This Brévinoise built in 1930 is 95m² on an enclosed and wooded plot of 680m². The house has 4 bedrooms (2 double beds of 140 + 4 single beds of 90) including one passable and one located in a studio adjoining the house that can thus accommodate up to 6 people.



The independent kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle etc.... The dining-living room (fireplace not available) gives access to the terrace overlooking the garden and is equipped with a TV and a WIFI connection. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this part of the house. In the studio adjoining the house, you have a shower bed (140 bed) and a bathroom with WC.
