Entrance via a glass-enclosed loggia and a tree-lined terrace of approximately 35m² (370 sq ft) at the front of the house. Air-conditioned living room (reversible air conditioning) with a fully equipped kitchenette: 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, fridge-freezer, toaster, and table and chairs. A beautiful adjoining bedroom opens onto the terrace with a 130cm sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. Shower room with washing machine. Separate toilet. A second bedroom with two 80cm (160cm) bunk beds and closets. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 140cm (160cm) bed and storage. East-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue. Located in the residential Aygual district. This house is ideal for family vacations.
