Villa "Balisier" T2 magnificent sea view with independent pool-charm-privacy

This villa has been designed for 2 people, plus possibly 2 children. It is upscale with a breathtaking sea view and a private pool. Around the swimming pool there are landscaped areas, a place of relaxation in a coconut with this magnificent view. A solar shower placed on a riprap made of volcanic rock from our island. In order to taste our products, a plancha BBQ is installed on an outdoor worktop with a sink that allows you to contemplate the sea and the pool during grilling. The dream. The very modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cellar, washing machine, etc. and the granite worktop will allow you to rest while it all works for you. In the living room adjoining the kitchen is installed a convertible which transforms into a real bed of 140 x 190. The whole room is air conditioned. An independent wc.
The adjoining bedroom opens onto the bathroom which allows both of them to see the sea, either in their shower or in their bed. The room is air conditioned

À la hauteur de nos attentes.

Un endroit exceptionnel! La villa était très propre et très bien équipée et l'accueil s'est fait sans problème. Patrick nous attendait et nous a fait faire le tour de la propriété avec plusieurs bonnes recommandations de plages et restaurants. La vue de la piscine/terrasse est incroyable et nous permettait de profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Nous y reviendrons pour un séjour plus long la prochaine fois!

Un séjour parfait dans une villa parfaite!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la Villa. Nous étions 3 adultes et ce n'était pas un problème. C'est spacieux, moderne, propre, la vue est magnifique au réveil, sans vis à vis et avec une piscine juste comme il faut. Le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons eu le droit à un super dîner offert ainsi qu'un punch maracuja... un délice! Merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité pendant le séjour. La maison est magnifique, propre, bien située et la vue mer est très belle. Des attentions extrêmement gentilles de la part des propriétaires (repas complet préparé pour notre arrivée, bouteille de rhum arrangé, fruits...) ont rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. A recommander sans hésiter.

Traumhaft!!!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem einfach tollem Haus. Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber gewesen. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Von der Buchung, der Abholung am Flughafen, das Mietauto und das zurückbringen zum Flughafen. Für den ersten Abend gab es ein leckeres Essen, was sehr lecker war, und für den nächsten Tag was zum Frühstück. Auch war frisches Obst sowie frische Blumen im Haus. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich weshalb das Angebot den Mietwagen direkt mit zu buchen wirklich Sinn macht. Er stand beim Eintreffen an der Villa. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmal herzlich bei Frau Alzetta und Frau Labarthe sowie dem jungen Mann, der für den Pool zuständig war, bedanken das sie uns so einen schönen und unvergessen Urlaub ermöglicht haben. Wir würden es auf alle Fälle nochmal buchen und empfehlen es weiter.

Descriptif conforme, confort excellent, vue imprenable, propreté sans faille. L'accueil et le retour "VIP" à l'aéroport sont vraiment agréables. Le repas de bienvenue et le petit déjeuner du lendemain ont été très appréciés ! Plein de petites attentions de bienvenue vous attendent, concoctées par Chantal, responsable de la villa. Marie-Rose, propriétaire, est attentive à vos besoins et très réactive si nécessité. Voiture proposée à la location en excellent état et d'une propreté tout aussi irréprochable. Une autre villa plus grande est voisine de la villa Balisier. Si nous devions retourner en Guadeloupe accompagnés, il n'y aurait aucune question à se poser: chez Marie-Rose quoi qu'il advienne ! À bientôt donc ....
