Dirty room , no soap bathroom light not working, cold room and strong smell of cigarettes would not stay here again even if it was free

Has gone downhill
Posted Oct. 22, 2023 on HotelsWe have opted to stay here on short breaks but it has now gone down to just a hostel I am afraid, had to ask for towels floors dirty, no cover on bed (cold) and bins never emptied, we came on return and they were just the same. Rubbish flying everywhere.
Outside also very unkempt, weeds everywhere although at least we had a quilt on the bed on return. Seems no attention or care taken. Really gone downhill.
