The accommodation
The villa is on one level and is presented as follows:

Day area :
- Living room with south exposure, bathed in light thanks to its 2 bay windows overlooking the terrace and the pool. The living room is furnished with a dining table, 2 armchairs, sofa, flat screen TV.
- The kitchen is open and fully equipped with a central island with stand-up table, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery.
- Laundry room adjoining the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: 18 m² master suite with bay window overlooking the pool, fitted with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), dressing room, TV, private shower room with shower.
- Bedroom 2: 11 m² with double bed, storage space and wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3: 11 m² with double bed, storage and wardrobe.
- Shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

The exterior
- Fenced area of 300 m², facing south with landscaped garden.
- Wooden terrace of 80 m² with bioclimatic pergola, garden furniture and outdoor dining area, deckchairs, gas plancha.
- Private heated swimming pool of 7.5 m x 3.9 m open from May to September. The swimming pool has a child safety system with an automatic cover.

The area
The villa is ideally located in a residential area, only 800 m from the beach and the city centre. You can do everything on foot or by bike! You will also have access to all the local shops: supermarket at 500 m, butcher's shop, fishmonger's, bakery, restaurants, bookshop...

Activities
Saint-Palais is a destination that will delight the whole family! In addition to lazing around and playing on the beach, there is a wide range of water sports and coastal activities to discover: paddle, sea kayaking, sand yachting... A network of paths is specially marked out for horse riding. In the very heart of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer lies the beautiful lake of the Raymond Vignes park, ideal for fishing, sailing and walking. After swimming and shopping, enjoy the night markets, restaurants and bars: unforgettable moments guaranteed!
