Schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit kleinen Makel

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter über Whatsapp lief reibungslos. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet jeden Comfort . Die Eingangstreppe ist unglücklich gelöst und für alte Menschen nicht optimal. Die Schlafzimmer liegen auf einer Empore und wer Nachts aufs WC muss, muss die laut knarrende Treppe nach unten gehen. Sonst ist die Wohnung wirklich zu empfehlen.

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt

Insgesamt bietet der Vermieter drei Ferienwohnungen (Fewo) an. Wir waren in der Fewo oberhalb des "Glasateliers". Diese kann nur durch eine enge Wendelaußentreppe erreicht werden. Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer angegeben, jedoch ist lediglich das Kinderschlafzimmer mit einer Wand/Tür getrennt. Die zwei anderen Schlafzimmer kann man durch Planen/Stoff trennen, trotzdem hört man jedes Geräusch. Die Wohnung ist schlecht isoliert, wir hatten ständig um die 30 Grad in den Schlafzimmern, so dass man sich dort tagsüber nicht aufhalten kann. Es sind jedoch drei Ventilatoren vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und grün. Das angegebene nordische Bad war kaputt. Es ist viel "Dekokram" vorhanden, den müsste man mal abstauben und Spinnweben entfernen. Es sind teilweise Lebensmittel, Kaffeepads vorhanden, jedoch sind diese größtenteils seit mehreren Monaten verfallen. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher und Badeteppich haben gestunken, so dass wir sie gleich gewaschen haben. Jedoch ging der modrige Geruch nicht weg. Der Garten entspricht den Bildern; es ist immer sehr ruhig. Eine luxuriöse und moderne Ausstattung liegt nach meiner Einschätzung nicht vor.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal dort. Sehr schöne Wohnung, prima eingerichtet, für Außenwendeltreppe (Eingang) muss man aber trittsicher sein und sollte kein zu ausladendes Gepäck dabei haben. Sehr nette Vermieter, idyllischer Garten. Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Het is een mooie rustige plek waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen. Ook onze ervaring is dat de toegang tot het appartement niet best is. De trap is een drama. En met de hoge temperaturen die wij deze week hadden kon je de leuning niet eens vast houden. Er is ruimte genoeg voor een bredere trap. Maar dat is aan de verhuurder. Het appartement is verder prima met alles er op en eraan. Het mag iets schoner.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr schön in künstlerischer Art eingerichtet, zudem ist einfach alles vorhanden was man braucht! Wirklich bis ins Detail durchdacht. Eine tolle Unterkunft und ein sehr schöner Garten. Wir waren nur ein verlängertes Wochenende da, aber könnten uns auch gut vorstellen einen längeren Urlaub hier zu verbringen!! Sehr nette Vermieter und eine Umgebung in der es viel zu entdecken gibt, absolut empfehlenswert.

Wundervolle idyllische Ferienwohnung

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen. Die Kinder waren sofort begeistert über das offene Wohn- und Schlafkonzept. Überall finden sich einzigartige Details. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Der Zugang erfolgt über die schmale Wendeltreppe, ist also nicht für alle geeignet. Im Haus befindet sich ebenfalls das Atelier der Familie Holtzer. Hier muss man unbedingt vorbeischauen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Feriendomizil war ein absoluter Traum. Die Ferienwohnung ist einzigartig und mit absoluter Liebe für jedes Detail gestaltet. Man fühlt sich wie in einem gemütlichen Zuhause. Auf zwei Ebenen kann man jeglichen Komfort genießen. Der romantische kleine private Garten und die Räumlichkeiten in der Wohnung laden ein zu einem gemütlichen Beisammensein, sowie der Möglichkeit sich einmal alleine zurückziehen zu wollen.
