With comfort equipment, this 72m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, fridge with freezer) separate overlooking the south facing terrace. A bathroom and separate WC. Covered and secure parking included in the services. Our animal friends are not accepted in the accommodation. Air conditioning TV + 3D Dvd, 117 cm, sunbathing on the terrace.

Emplacement TOP

A proximitĂ© de la gare, du centre et de la plage, l'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour tout faire Ă  pieds. Il y a aussi un box sĂ©curisĂ©, mais il ne faut pas avoir une trop grosse voiture. Les Ă©quipements sont conformes Ă  la description et mĂȘme plus (grill sur la terrasse, vaisselle en quantitĂ©, produits mĂ©nager, parapluies, ...). Le seul reproche qu'on puisse faire est sur la climatisation. Certes, elle existe mais uniquement dans le salon et les chambres n'en profitent pas. Cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ© mais heureusement que ce n'Ă©tait pas la canicule la semaine oĂč nous y Ă©tions.
