Couac à l’arrivée

Problème à l’arrivée le samedi, la location est différente de celle réservée. Il manquait une chambre et la place pour 2 personnes . Il a fallu attendre le lundi après-midi pour avoir une solution. Nous avons dû contacter l’agence et cela a été difficile de les joindre . Il n’est pas normal d’avoir ce genre de soucis et de plus devoir les gérer nous-mêmes. Nous n’avons même pas eu d’excuse, et je pense que c’est la dernière fois que nous passons par vos services.
