The location is amazing just steps away from the beach. Then you also have bikini beach and Bob Marley clubs on the beach also. The staff was very friendly. We had the level experience with a swim up pool and just fantastic.

Very clean and beautiful room - we chose the Level Junior Suite, Amazing staff. Buffet food was a little bland. Nami Asian was our favourite restaurant. Buy the VIP package before or during your stay - it will give you lots more choice of restaurants/bars and please note you get 50 euros per person to spend at different restaurants throughout the day (not just one restaurant as we first thought). Book the restaurants ahead of time if you can - Bikini Beach Club is available to book online and their show night is Tuesdays so book ahead

This is not a 5 start resort. Nor is it all inclusive as there are plenty of extras that they wany you to pay for. The food was very disappointing. The rooms are shabby and need work, our view from the balcony, which got no sunlight, was a road and goods-in for the neighbouring hotel. The pool areas, beach and staff were all a great asset, although the pool was very cold. This could be a lovely hotel again but Melia need to spend some money here, these are corporate failings that need to be addressed, it's not all about profit Melia !

This resort is very well appointed, everything included to make the stay special. The pools are clean and plenty of comfortable seating and shade some lower rooms have a 50yd lap pool in front of their room to access which is very nice. Gift shops are available, ATM , taxi amd very good beach with beach bar and private protected area to swim in the ocean. Food is ok with many choices , i wouldnt give the food a 5 star but a good 3.5 star. Service is great and staff helpfull. Adult only with mostly European guests in their senior years and some honeymoon couples , maybe not the place to meet other singles. Great for a week off and nice safe island to visit.

Nice place but it should not be classified as a 5 star Hotel. Not Vegetarian friendly and only limited amount of restaurants. Staff are all very nice and friendly 😊
