Beautiful family apartment on floor 6 with ocean views. It has hammocks, living room, dining room with 6 spaces, meson with 3 spaces, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms of which 1 master has private bathroom, the other is double with a full attached bathroom, 1 bedroom for children with a bunk bed attached to another bedroom that has 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, both share the third full bathroom. We are located in the Torre Oceanica building, which has 24/7 security and camaras.

The space
The Department has a spectacular view since being a corner, on its left side it has no neighbors and guarantees an incredible ocean view more widespread in addition to the tranquility of having a closed Guardiana that the building provides.

Guest access
It has access to the communal areas such as a swimming pool for both children and adults, direct access to the beach, and 1 private parking space.

It is important to note that the apartment has 1 parking inside the building only and the guest capacity is a maximum of 8 people.

The apartment has one private parking space inside the building. If you arrive with two vehicles, the second one must be parked outside, next to the security gate. The maximum guest capacity is eight people.

Our apartment faces the sea, and the sea breeze can sometimes bring in a little sand. Although we clean very carefully, you may find a few grains of sand or dust, or the windows may be slightly fogged up by the sea breeze, which is very common when living so close to the beach. 🌊✨
