Check in was efficient and friendly. Good breakfast and lots of seating in the breakfast room. Couldn’t hear any other guests at night which is a bonus. The kids enjoyed the pool. A solid option when in Salmon Arm.

Stayed one night on our way home, check in was a breeze, the room was large and the bed and pillows were so comfy to sleep on. The bathroom amenities were very good. Room was clean and towels were soft and thick. Staff was very friendly and the free buffet breakfast had a variety. The only thing missing is a restaurant/bar on site but there are places to eat and drink within walking distance or a 5 minute taxi ride. Would definitely stay here again ..

I’d never ever go back. The beds were disgusting. The staff didn’t care about anything. The hotel is a dive and the rooms are disgusting. Don’t bother. Especially for the cost. It’s mind blowing to me.
