This lovely villa is located in a peaceful and quiet side street on the most exclusive and well-maintained urbanization in Salobreña, Monte de los Almendros.
The villa is built all on one level which is very convenient for daily living. From the dining area there is a fantastic Sea-view. As the day becomes warmer the sliding doors can be opened and the perfumes of the plants from the tropical garden as well as the singing birds will accompany you when zipping your morning coffee. There is 180 degrees see view and the sun will shine at you from the morning to the evening.
All bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with air-condition. There is a well-equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher and a washing-machine. There is one big family-bedroom with a double bed and lot of space for a children cot and a bathroom ensuite. At the other side of the villa there are two more bedrooms with two single beds each. These rooms share the second bathroom. In all bedrooms there are cupboards. In the middle of the villa there is a living room with two sofas and a coffee table. There is a fireplace, Smart-TV, DVD-player, radio and Wi-Fi. If you find Tennis-rackets and balls in the house, please feel free to use at the Tennis-court in the community-area.
A few steps from the front door you will find a relaxing and sunny terrace and a heated pool, 8x3 meters with a depth up to 1,8 meters. The heated pool will allow you to use the pool all year around, as for example an afternoon-swim after a day with skiing in Sierra Nevada only 70 minutes away. A charcoal-barbeque-bar, an outdoor shower and dining area will make you spend a lot of time to enjoy life at this relaxing terrace-area that also offer privacy. The house and terrace are surrounded by a mature garden where you will find, mangos, orange-trees, lemon, lime-trees and of course almond-trees and other tropical plants. The location is very peaceful and relaxing.
In 15 minutesâ walk you can reach the community area with tennis-court, swimming pool, a small football-court with grass, outdoor gym, and social meeting facilities. For the summer of 2023 a new padel court is planned free of charge for the houseowners and their rental guests.
There is appr. 2 km to the sea and the beaches. In the surrounding areas there are more than 40 beaches to explore. This Tropical coast-area is known for Europeâs mildest winter climate, offer great nature and culture sceneries. Salobreña itself is a Spanish unspoiled cozy town with the old town as a white sugar-bites climbing the cliff with the Moorish Castle, a church, and a museum at the top. There are lots of Tapas-bars, restaurants in town and in the beach area and a couple of well assorted supermarkets.
In only 10 minutes by car from the villa you will reach Motril with big shopping centers and a Golf facility. From the beaches and the town, you can see the snowy peaks of Sierra Nevada during winter-season while enjoying the fabulous mild and sunny weather. Some spots and distances: Granada and Alhambra 45 minutes, Sierra Nevada ski resorts 70 minutes, Almunécar and La Herradura 10-15 minutes, Nerja 25 minutes and Malaga 70 minutes.
