It was close to airport especially arriving late night. When we checked in we were told our room was upgraded from a king to a double queen. It’s not an upgrade. It was like a used car dealer who advertising one thing and actually sells you something worse. Bit in our case it was already paid for. We asked for a king the next day. It was done but only to walk into the room with the pipes leaking water in floor. I called for it to be fixed while I went out for 2 hrs and no one came to fix it. The next morning maintained replaced the elbow pipe but the faucet was clogged and the wet towels from the leaking faucet was left on the bathroom floor. The electrical cord running from the next room is a fire Hazard. Don’t stay here. Expedia should not partner with this hotel.

Not worth the money!
Publié le 15 mars 2024 sur HotelsLooks like they put lipstick on a pig! At check in the person at the counter took 20 minutes to find a room that was clean. The room was clean enough but the remote to the tv didn’t work, and the beds were hard as a rock! The paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and the coffee pot leaked when water was poured in, one of the coffee cups was cracked and leaked all over the place when used. Overall not a great experience.
