Classy private guest suite adjacent to home. Quiet neighborhood with close access to I-80/ski slopes. 5 min to Sugarhouse/10 min to downtown/20-30 min to great skiing/hiking.

Upstairs private entrance, 3/4 bathroom, kitchenette (excluding over/dishwasher), high end bedding, private driveway spot. The apartment is located above the garage of the main house in our super safe, charming neighborhood.

Perfect studio apt set up for me & my husband. You could see the time and care the host put into decorating and furnishing the apt! We had everything we needed. It was so quiet and comfortable that we both slept better than usual when traveling. We went into DT SLC and to Provo so location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this apt as long as you can walk up and down stairs with no problem. It is located above their garage. They are putting a pool in their back yard so the back yard is different than pictured but the construction equipment was never running during our stay. I’m guessing that was intentional which was appreciated. Loved being able to park in the driveway! We never figured out how to cast from our phone to the tv but my husband only wanted to watch some of the Ryder cup and the Reds so he just watched on his phone. The weather was absolutely perfect our entire stay so loved being able to open the window and enjoy the fresh fall air. We had a 6 am flight to Utah so we had been in the sun all day exploring and playing pickleball so when I contacted the host to see if we could check in a little early, they responded right away and said yes. This is a great vrbo host!!

Loved Our Stay

My husband and I flew into SLC for a body building competition. And let me tell you these hosts were amazing! As we pretty stayed in our place most of the time, meal prepping, eating and resting. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, and the space was perfect for just the two of us. The hosts were so kind, and got us the few things we asked for. And the backyard is beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs patio listening to the water fountain. We would definetly recommend this VRBO!

We had a great experience, check in process was straightforward and easy! it felt cozy, clean, and everything we needed was there. It was very nice of them to fill up a brita with water for us, and provide snacks as well. Shampoo and conditioner was provided and it was nice that they had a hairdryer as well. Overall we couldn’t recommend this place more.We love Sugarhouse and will be back!

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay during our snowboarders’ retreat. The studio was immaculate and had everything we needed. Check-in and checkout were incredibly straightforward, making the process seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mountain, the park-and-ride area, and Chinatown. While we didn’t use the kitchenette much, it was impressively well-equipped. The coffee station was a much-needed and greatly appreciated touch that made our stay even better.
