Outstanding staff. Great attitude despite having to work Thanksgiving. The hotel rooms are new and modern. The beds are comfy. Breakfast was amazing with homemade preserves and salsa. And, the decorated Christmas trees for rent were a nice surprise!

Stayed for 8 days, Housekeeping often skipped us Breakfast and the pool was amazing. Armando and Kerri was really nice and friendly. Greeting us every morning with a smile. Didn’t like the pet hairs in the dryer machines.

When the hotel was not even close to full, they gave us a room right next to the freeway, which was extremely noisy. The housekeeping cleaning was only every other day so we had seevice when we stayed and room 301, the phone had dial tone, but could not reach any extension (front desk, housekeeping etc.)

When we arrived the room had not been cleaned, the beds were made but besides that trash was in the bins and on the floors. The pull out bed had confetti all over it. There was deodorant and hair product left over from previous guest. Overall the experience was just okay.

It was a awful stay . The drawers are not attached to the wall . My kid playing fell and ended up at the hospital. My insurance covered most of the bill . Hilton Manager promised take care of it. Plus a bunch of extra stuff that I never received. I guess trying to be nice . Night front desk people didn’t care about how was my Kid . Just wanted to avoid the situation offering money back and other hotel . For our family it was a shocking experience maybe they were racism for been Latinos . That’s the experience. We ended up paying the rest of the hospital bill. No ones care and well . Lesson learned.

Wonderful

The hotel feels brand new and has been open for 8 years. The staff was awesome, especially the food attendant greeting you every morning and engaging in conversations. Location of the hotel is easy to find and close to freeways.

The location was excellent. Parking was fantastic. It was a last minute booking so cost was a bit high, but we were exhausted from a 14 hour drive and needed to rest and the room was heavenly. My wife was very happy with the delicious hot breakfast. For a last minute, random booking we hit the jackpot!
