The check-in process was really frustrating. They direct you to a kiosk, but after several minutes it failed and I had to check in with a person anyway. The room itself was very bare-bonesâno basic accommodations like soap or lotion. When I opened the fridge, there was still food left from the last guest. The bedding was minimal: three flat pillows, just a sheet, and a thin blanket, with no extras provided. I also heard footsteps throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep. It covered the absolute basics we needed, but Iâve never stayed at an extended stay that felt this minimal.
