Honestly very bothered and shocked at our experience at The Grand. It started as we checked in and the girl helping us was visibly bothered and was not very friendly. Our bathroom in our room had dark long hair all over it and made me question how “clean” everything else was. We had 2 queen beds and one totally was totally slanted and so uncomfortable to sleep in. Our breakfast at the Laurel was a disappointment since both mine and my husbands food was soggy and nothing to rave about. We expected much better when we paid about $20 for some eggs and spinach on top of a soggy toast. Honestly we were all around disappointed. With how much we paid to stay at the Grand, we expected a much better experience. I am never a person to leave reviews but this called for one.

A bit disappointing for the price and grandeur of the hotel. They did not cater to their guests over the general population that was flooding the halls and walkways during the holiday season They also did not honor their check in time and we were not able to check in until 6 PM for our second room. That was disappointing considering we had children and dinner reservations. With that said they did acknowledge the miss and provided us a breakfast credit so that was nice.
