The hotel is a small property that is very uderstated and elegant. It is very Austrian and the staff bends over backwards to accommodate you. We were quite happy to stay there and will certainly return.

This is a premier hotel and a must stay in Salzburg. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The price range is not for everyone but it reflects the high quality of the hotel. Easy walk to many sights and attractions in Salzburg.

Charming and comfortable, it is located in the midst of an active tourist area but absolutely quiet inside and completely safe outside. The staff listen carefully and exceed every request. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Salzburg.
