poor planning for poor construction

No towel racks in bathroom! It has paper-thin walls and floors. With la ow occupancy, they put everyone in adjoining rooms, kids screaming after midnight, elephants walking overhead. Should spread people out.

Maintenace issues

First room smelled of cigarette smoke. Were given a better room, but internet didn't work. Was fixed after an hour or so. Key card stopped working at 6am in the morning. Facility good value otherwise and desk guy helpful.

The manager was really kind to us especially when we had to check in late due to flight delays and the hotel itself felt like a really welcoming place

Door man walked into the room using his key and proceeds to stair at me and my girlfriend for an extremely uncomfortable amount of time, while we were both undressed and very much in shock of this. We talked to the worker and got into contact with his manager who then blocked my number and my girlfriends when she called to complain as well. We were told we would receive a discount and received nothing besides blocked phone numbers. Very unprofessional and disgusting hotel

The place was good for last minute reservations that weren’t outrageously expensive. Two things that need improvement are the shower since the water pools in the bathroom everytime you take a shower no matter how you close the curtain, and the options for breakfast.

The room was too hot and had old ac unit. It was recently remodeled but not cleaned very well because there was still dust from the remodeling. The bathroom had no ac so it was way too hot and the water was not well regulated.
