We were assigned a handicap accessible room. The bed area smelled cleaned when we first arrived and so did the bathroom. However, taking a closer look at the bathroom, we realized it wasn’t actually very clean. It was almost as if they purposely used a strong smelling cleaning product to mask the lack of attention to detail in the bathroom. The structure or set up is off. Water overflowed out of the shower area because it is elevated. I don’t know how a person with an actual disability would have been able to manage that kind of incident. There was something that looked like mold in certain areas and there was no trash can in the bathroom (only 1 in the bed area). Breakfast was very poor too. There was only cereal and waffles. No milk, no yogurt, no eggs, no fruit, nothing else! Mind you, we went early, not when breakfast was almost over. The dining area was not very clean either. It is disappointing that this facility is associated with La Quinta.

The pull out couch had crumbs all inside of it, the sheets on the beds had stains, my name on the reservation doesn’t match my Legal name on my Travel Drivers license so when we got in at 1 am, I had to change my name on my app before we could check in. The beds were firm but nobody’s back hurt in the morning and we slept well enough

We paid for non smoking room yet our room smelled real bad of smoke. In the morning we went to get our continental breakfast unfortunately the employee was not keeping up with utensils, plates and other items.
