The room had a very musty smell. When we arrived we were excited about the Christmas Day brunch but were told Sorry we are already full. Seems like if you check into the Menger for Christmas you should have the opportunity for the brunch. We hung our breakfast menu on the door for morning breakfast BUT it was never picked up. We have stayed at the Menger many times before and it was never like this. Soomething has changed??

Unless you book a suite, you dont get any extras here. You can ask for a robe when you check in and you get a mini fridge in the room. You need to go to the lobby for coffee, No breakfast inless you pay for it. B
