Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Room was comfortable, albeit a bit worn. One elevator was down through the duration of my stay so be prepared to wait a bit for the elevator. Otherwise a solid stay and would do it again.

Room was clean and spacious! The lights didn’t work well, very confusing which switches went with what and multiple bulbs were out. Also pool and hot tub closed at 10 which was a bummer because we really wanted to use it when we got back at 940. Breakfast was fun with the Texas shaped waffles.

My friends and I stayed here for San Japan since it's a short walk to the convention center and we had a very nice stay! There are some things that could use updating (the water pressure in our shower was spotty, the tub was scratched up and dingy, there were faded stains on our bed sheets, etc.), but the friendly staff made up for these minor inconveniences. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely helpful and kind! This plus the yummy breakfast options and the convenient area of the hotel were great. We would definitely stay here again.
