Check in was long, on of the employees didn't seem to want to be there. Only two elevators which always had a line. Make sure there is not a concert across the street! It was so loud and had a lot of base we could feel it in our room! However, the location to the convention center is unmatched!

Friendly staff and easy check in. One negative is the fee for parking and the parking is not technically on site. Spacious room, comfortable and clean. Walkable location near food and other attractions. Breakfast was good with many selections. The front doors are locked 24/7.

Great location for our concert at the Alamo Dome; a short walk to the front door of the venue. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!! Room and facility was clean. Would stay here again if going to an event at the Alamo Dome, About a 10-15 minute walk to the Riverwalk.
