Horrible Experience
Publié le 17 févr. 2024 sur HotelsOur reserved room was no longer available. The only one left did not have beds for our family, so my son had to sleep on the floor. After waiting for over an hour and being told a couple of times that our extra sheets would be delivered, my husband had to go search for someone to get sheets while my children were waiting to go to bed. The king bed was rock hard and so uncomfortable. Where are the competent employees!??

We asked 3 consecutive days to clean our room and never happened.
The breakfast was always missing something, no fruit, no eggs, no yougurt, no coffee.

Tengo una muy mala experiencia en este hotel ya que tenía mi reservacion y al momento del check in me dice el encargado del lugar que tenían un problema de tubería de agua y que no me podía ofrecer ninguna habitación y que le hiciera como pudiera porque el no me iba a dar ninguna solución...desafortunadamente iba con mi esposa y mis niños y fue una terrible experiencia ya que llegué de viaje a alta hora de la noche y tuve que buscar hotel de un lado a otro, lo peor del caso es que no me hicieron ninguna devolución de mi dinero...no recomiendo para nada el servicio de este hotel, tengan cuidado.
