Casa Vacanza Anna is a detached house on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore, in a quiet area of Santino. Perfect for families with children and pets, the property is known for the warm hospitality of its owners.



Enjoy a private, fully fenced garden with a gas barbecue, gazebo with table and 6 chairs, a corner with aromatic herbs (sage, lemon verbena, mint, thyme, rosemary, basil, bay leaf, lemon balm), 4 sun loungers, and garden games. Convenient private parking is available for loading and unloading. A public charging station for electric cars is just a few meters from the house.



The house accommodates up to four guests plus two infants. Inside, you'll find a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and an internal staircase leading to the bedroom and a second bathroom. Included amenities: water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linens, and a set of towels for each guest. Upon request, free equipment for children aged 0-4 is available: 2 cots (120 cm), 2 high chairs, 2 bouncers, 2 booster seats, 1 changing table, 1 toilet reducer, 1 child carrier (up to 15 kg), and side rails for a single bed.



The bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. The living room offers a comfortable double sofa bed.



Cicogna, the main town of Val Grande, is about 10 km away—ideal for hiking. Just a 5-minute walk brings you to the San Bernardino river, where you can swim in the clear, cool waters of the Rio Pogallo. Within a 15-minute drive, you can reach top local attractions: Pallanza, Intra, Villa Taranto, Stresa, the Borromean Islands, Cannero, and Cannobio.

Non cercate troppo lontano il relax..CASA ANNA 100% relax

Anche se breve il nostro soggiorno 23-25/04.2023 ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente bene..volevamo scappare dal tram tram quotidiano in un posto si per noi ma che avesse un qualcosa anche da dare ai bambini… Troviamo casa ANNA…viste le foto ci siamo detti:”fa x noi” Sorprendente al check in ,siamo stati aspettati con il minestrone bio fatto dalla mamma di ANNA,gradito da tutti noi.. Anche xche si è messo a piovere quel pomeriggio…. Visto il tempo siamo passati alla scoperta dei giochi.. La casa e piena di giochi per i bambini , educative,stile Montesori, ottima idea..gradito molto da mio figlio di 3 anni mezzo… In fatti la scelta della casa,è stata si per il nostro relax ( noi vivendo in un bilocale) ma anche per nostro figlio.. Ma non finisce qui…no no no…fuori nel giardino ci sono i giochi per l’esterno.. Complimenti per l’attività …in bocca al lupo.. Che dire!?!? È stato breve..ma rilassante..sperando che la prossima volta ci fermeremo di piu, il nostro non è che un “ Arrivederci “ Un grande abbraccio da noi Lorenzo,Madalina& Theodore
