Complaint made at time of stay to Gabriel Gomez to which to response forthcoming. Arrived to no sign outside building, could not find entrance and therefore had to pay extra taxi charges. Heating did not work in original room. Foot prints on bathroom floor. Construction dust. Due to this had to change room late in the evening. The reason for booking was to utilise spa and pool facilities, which had been paid for as part of room rate. Unable to do this as building works unfinished and services not open to public. Restaurant closed so had to get breakfast to room. Workmen still working at 1am at night due to unfinished works, kept us awake and had to go to reception in pyjamas to inform staff of the ongoing issues and to stop work so we could sleep. Second room dusty due to ongoing construction work. As we advised, we are long term travelling on a budget and this was to be a special occasion for us and we feel completely let down by Raddison due to the services you were unable to offer. Rooms should not be let when unfinished and services as advertised should be open as a minimum, as paid for by customers and should be available to all. It is false advertisement and we were unable to relax at any point during our stay as per above comments and due to workmen all over the building. Worst hotel service to date and stay completely ruined. The place was a health hazard and should not have been open to public or severely subsidised rates for room only no spa services.

Servicio excepcional, el desayuno muy consentidor, los huevitos en su punto, buen salmón y carnes frías, los quesos de primera Juan del bar excelente servicio, en la recepción resolvieron todo y muy amables. La mejor vista al Lago Nahuel. Una experiencia que repetiríamos en mismo hotel, impecable, toallas y ropa de cama, aromas lindos y bien climatizado, el piso tibio en gran frío exterior. Gracias! Por hacernos sentir tan bien atendidos!

Hotel maravilhoso !

Hotel novo, maravilhoso. Vista linda para o lago, quarto grande, café da manhã delicioso! Chegamos a noite, o restaurante já estava fechado mas ofereceram serviço de quarto com uma comida que estava muito boa. A única crítica que tenho é que ainda estão em obra e em um dos dias da nossa estadia teve barulho da obra no nosso andar antes das 8:00 horas. Trata-se de uma coisa pontual que não prejudicou a nossa experiência positiva!

Não pense duas vezes e vá.

Este é um hotel absolutamente novo, no melhor ponto de Bariloche, ao lado do centro e de frente para o lago. Talvez você se sinta intimidado a fazer uma reserva por ser um hotel novo e não ter ainda uma base de aprovaçào de hospedes. Vou falar por mim que tenho mais de 2.000 noites de hotel na bagagem : o hotel é lindo, cheiroso, tem uma equipe maravilhosa, os quartos com vista para o lagoe as suites ( fiquei nos dois ) são um espetáculo, com pisos climatizados, chuveiros com ótima pressão, ítens de mobília de ótima qualidade e a melhor vista possível. As áreas de piscina, SPA e sauna são ótimas, e o café da manhã super bem selecionado com ítens de alta qualidade e ótimo atendimento. Deixo aqui meu muito obrigado ao Pierre e sua equipe maravilhosa pela recepção atenciosa e que fez toda a diferença em um hotel que tinha acabado de ser inaugurado. Não pense duas vezes e vá !
