Disappointing

Positives: Staff were friendly, plenty of hot water, and comfortable beds. Negatives: Cold room lacking space heater or coffee maker, moldy shower curtain, broken bathroom towel holder, and (most bothersome) absolutely no insulation from noise ( guests talking on the phone in the courtyard in the predawn hours woke me up both mornings of my stay).

Not the right value for money

I knew that when I booked late I was not guaranteed that I would get my money’s worth, and this was the case. The hotel is not a Boutique Hotel, it´s just a normal hotel. The room was extremely cold with no heating. The shower had a curtain instead of a glass door (other rooms did have glass doors), no hangers in the closet (we had to ask for them) and internet service in the rooms was poor. Apart from this, the location is good, only a couple of blocks away from the main square and lots of places to eat and have fun.

El hotel es muy bonito y queda a dos cuadras del andador pricipal. Aunque la limpieza es buena en general, el baño tenia moho( las paredes y un poco en las regaderas) Le falta iluminación a la habitacion tiene luces muy tenues. La atencion del personal es muy buena. Solo falto un poco mas de atencion en los pequeños detalles como reponer en los dias de limpieza el shampoo, jabon y botella de agua, de los cuales solo dejan uno de cada uno aun que sean para 3 personas.
