The tall building features elite comfort for up to 10 guests with central A/C and heating, a hot tub spa with large scenic windows, BBQ Grill, FREE Laundry, 5 comfortable king and queen size beds, 4 large HDTVs, Netflix, Max, Hulu, and more. This spacious San Diego vacation rental home has everything you need for your California Dreaming Vacation!

The spacious interior of this 3 bedroom townhouse style smart home is newly designed and renovated by Ethos, with brand new modern appliances, large HDTVs, and designer furniture. The entirety of this upscale and breathtaking interior is complimented by our peaceful patio with its spectacular views, comfortable lounging chairs and grill, as well as access to a hot tub spa that is located inside a gazebo like structure with its large scenic windows looking at peaceful nature.

The Bedrooms and The Living Room:
All 3 bedrooms have king size beds, while the living room offers two additional sleeper sofas that open to queen size beds as well. All five beds come with plenty of linens, pillows and comforters. And we also provide two pack and plays.
There are luggage racks, 4 large HDTVs with FREE Netflix, Max, Hulu, Starz, Showtime, Disney+, Apple+, Paramount+, and ESPN+, blazing fast WiFi, HDMI outputs, sound machines, as well as USB phone and tablet chargers in every room.

The Kitchen:
Our spacious kitchen is a perfect fit for family cooking with modern appliances such as oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. And the essential kitchenware includes plates, bowls, cups and mugs, pots and cooking utensils. FREE coffee and tea, sugar, creamer, and much more. We also provide two high chairs.

The Bathroom:
Our newly renovated bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, hair dryer, and toiletries. Our bathroom is accessible from the upstairs living room.

Laundry:
The laundry includes both washer and dryer just outside your kitchen. Iron and ironing board are also available inside the house. And we always provide FREE laundry detergent.

Parking:
We offer FREE parking right next to your entrance and there is FREE additional street parking in our neighborhood as well. Little Italy parking usually cost around $30-$40 per day just 3 min away.

Our beautiful home is hidden in a peaceful suburban neighborhood of Midtown San Diego, only a 5 minutes drive or Uber ride to the San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp District, Petco Park, and Little Italy. It is 10 minutes to Seaport Village, the Convention Center, Coronado, and SeaWorld; and about 15-20 minutes to all San Diego beaches and the La Jolla cliffs.
There is also plenty of public transportation to choose from, depending on your destination.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be requested through your personal online Ethos Home Portal, available immediately after your reservation is confirmed. We will do our best to accommodate such requests; however, occasionally we may only be able to confirm same-day or 24 hours in advance based on turnover schedules.

We keep check-out tasks to a minimum. We only ask that you wash your dishes and remove your trash from inside the home. These two small steps help us pay our cleaning teams a fair wage while keeping our overall cleaning fees reasonable. If you leave something behind, we are happy to mail lost and found items back to you for a $35 Handling Fee plus the cost of shipping.

Overstaying beyond the designated check-out time may result in additional charges of up to 150% of the effective daily rate of your stay for each day (full or partial) that you overstay, as well as any other related damages, fees, costs or expenses incurred by us, such as our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for them. We reserve the right to enter the accommodation, remove any belongings, change the locks or lock codes to the space and take further action as may be necessary or appropriate.


Prohibited Conduct and Excessive Cleaning

Illegal substances, drugs, and smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including but not limited to tobacco, marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, and pipes, as well as hookah, e-cigarettes, and vapes. Illegal drugs or smoking any substances may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and a Smoke Cleaning Fee of up to $750 to deep clean and deodorize the home. Please note that recreational smoke detection sensors protect all our properties.

Unauthorized guests or occupants. Please observe the maximum occupancy allowed on your reservation at all times. If you would like more than 6 guests, including daytime visitors, to occupy the home at any time during the reservation, please confirm it with us before check-in. Unauthorized occupants will be charged $75 per person per night for the entire reservation period, and if we find it necessary, we may revoke or terminate the reservation if occupancy limits are violated.

Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Guests must comply with all city and county laws, and all local noise and safety ordinances during their stay. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM and respect the privacy and comfort of our long-term neighbors. Please note that our properties are protected by non-audio-recording noise decibel and crowd monitoring devices to prevent parties.

Laundry and hot tub hours are between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises, unless explicitly approved in writing before arrival. Evidence of a pet may result in a Pet Cleaning Fee of up to $200 to deep clean, deodorize, and disinfect the home. If you are assisted by a service animal, please contact us before booking. Service animals may not be left unattended at any time anywhere on the premises.

Children under 14 years old may not be left unattended in the home at any time for safety reasons.

Please follow the parking instructions in your Ethos Home Portal and obey all posted traffic signs.

Unsanitary conditions such as excessive trash, spills, or strong odors that may attract pests are not permitted. Guests are responsible for keeping the home tidy during their stay. Major spills or stains on rugs, sofas, beds, or linens may result in an Excessive Cleaning Fee of up to $150. Permanently stained sheets or towels that can’t be restored will be charged at $18 each. Cleaning involving bodily fluids such as urine, blood, or vomit may result in a Biohazard Cleaning Fee of up to $250. Using the BBQ grill and leaving it dirty with food or grease may result in a Grill Cleaning Fee of up to $75.

Modifying or altering the home and its contents is not permitted. Furniture, appliances, wall décor, and fixtures must not be moved or adjusted. Event decorations such as birthday signs, balloons, glitter and confetti removal may result in an Excessive Cleaning Fee of up to $150.

Tampering with security cameras is prohibited. Ethos properties and guests are protected with outdoor-only security cameras at entry doors. Unplugging, covering, disabling, or obstructing cameras may result in liability for damages, equipment replacement, and licensed reinstallation fees.

Firearms, weapons–real or replica, hazardous items, and open flames are prohibited, including candles, charcoal grills, fireworks, and any equipment that may increase risk of fire.

Commercial photography, videography, or film production is only permitted with explicit written approval from Ethos Vacation Homes.

Centralized with immediate access to freeway

The property was in a good location if you plan on hitting multiple locations in the San Diego area. The highway was easy to access so most regional attractions are within 15 minutes in either direction. I personally enjoy plane watching so that was a plus. There is a good view of downtown and the marina as well. The neighbors were respectful and quiet. Would return again.

Wish I knew property was so close to airport, freeway and train route before I booked. Made sitting on the balcony a lot less peaceful. Light sleepers might have a difficult time with the noise. And I had no idea there was such a climb to reach the property and a more steep stairs to the kitchen & living area. Loading & unloading our stuff was a huge challenge. The house was beautiful, well supplied and comfortable. We lacked for nothing. Location of property was exceptional. Short drive to most everything.

Good location with parking

The house was great and had everything we needed. Fit the bill of what we needed for a short trip. The views from the front deck are amazing!! One thing to note is the hot tub is shared and not private which deterred us from using it. But overall the place was very nice and had one spot for parking.

Love love love this property

They have literally thought of everything
 it’s beautiful inside and out, extremely well maintained and incredibly clean. The rooms are spacious and everyone can find their own space but can come together for family meals or movies on the big screen tv or deck time. We spent a lot of time watching movies in the evenings. The location is central to everything with an incredible view you can see from the deck which was great for my husband and my morning coffee and my daughter and I had some sun time in the afternoon. The kitchen has everything you would need to settle in and cook but just a few miles to amazing restaurants if eating out is your preference
 In and Out is popular with our teens and it’s just a couple of minutes away so we went many times lol. All of the bedrooms have the most comfortable king beds, my teenage sons said they fell asleep almost immediately hitting the pillow which is rare. Towels were plentiful and the washer and dryer on location was super convenient for all of our workout stuff. Check in and check out and door entry was spot on and easy and management responded within minutes when we had a question
 Adam also checked in on us here and there to make sure we were all good. Zero surprises from the property description and much more there to make it super comfortable. We will definitely stay again
 we loved San Diego and this property.

Perfect Location

San Diego Trip

The location of this property is prime. I mostly enjoyed the patio panoramic view and the beautiful living room view of the trees and neighborhood. It was cozy and clean. Our host Adam was fast to respond and easy to work with, I also appreciated all the assorted flavors of tea that were provided since it was cold and rainy. This home was so relaxing and beautiful. It is close to the San Diego Zoo and several other area attractions. Worthy of note! * free wifi * free HBO, Netflix * laundry * various teas and of course coffee * so clean!! the home was immaculate * only 7 minutes to get from the home to the rental car drop for flight home * beautiful view from the balcony It is also close to some of the best pizza in San Diego at Pizza e Birra. I plan on staying again for future trips!

Amazing Townhouse

The townhouse went beyond our expectations and was so beautiful. It’s located in between Little Italy and Point Loma. The host was very communicative and responds fast. The one down side is that the neighbors below are not very welcoming. Other than that such a lovely place to get away for the weekend or vacation!
