We thank you for the rating and we have 11 spaces for the 19 rooms, we are very sorry that you were not able to park and we appreciate you mentioning this as we want to be upfront and let our guests know exactly what we have available. I could hear the neighbors in the other rooms during the night, talking, snoring. The room needed a place to sit.

Definitely a pleasant stay for what it was. My room was super clean and comfortable. Just make sure you bring ear plugs! Noise from the street was very audible all night.

Thank you so much for the honest and kind recommendation. The 2 rooms right near the street can be a little noisy at times, we are looking into possibly insulating the end wall, when we make some upgrades. Thank you again for the wonderful feedback and especially your patronage.

The person at the front desk went out of their way to help us find parking. That was really nice of them.

Thank you Seferino, we are a small family owned boutique hotel and we send an email about our parking, upon request of a reservation. We have 6 spots available (first come first serve) and under 20 rooms, but we do understand that it can be an inconvenience and we absolutely want you to have a safe, easy stay and if we can help you, we are very happy to do so! Not very impressed

I was in a room that had two windows that faced a wall approximately 12 inches away from the window. It felt like a cell. The room had not been dusted for a long time. There were no directions for the heating and air conditioning or the TV. There was an ice bucket but no ice machine. I finally found out that the ice machine was a whole building away.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. We agree that is very dusty, and I will send that to the manager right away, we apologize. We are not sure about directions, there is an on and off knob on the heater/air-conditioner and the Tv is pretty self explanatary, a universal remote, however, if you simply ask the front desk clerk and they sould have shown you. When you say a whole building away, our establishement is under 20 rooms and right next to us in the same lot is a stand alone suite and between the buildings is the washer dryer and Ice Machine. Again we do apologize again for the dust, that is not acceptable and we will fix that immediately. We do understand everyone has a level of comfort and it seems that we are not the hotel for you and we do understand and wish you the best in your future travels.

Just a quick overnight stay.

I have stayed here many times and found the location and service good. Parking is tricky because they don't have much.

Very clean, convenient and inexpensive

Great value for the money. Clean room. Safe location. Very close to Denny's and other restaurants. Few reserved parking spots, but on-street parking on street-lighted busy street next door worked fine. My room was on the corner of building with lots of street noise which might have bothered light sleepers.
