As soon as my son and I arrived at the hotel, we felt an immediate sense of unease and discomfort. While the staff member who checked us in was very kind and professional, the overall atmosphere did not feel welcoming. Once we entered our room, our discomfort increased significantly. We attempted to settle in and rest after a long day, but the uneasy feeling persisted. After about an hour, I made the decision to leave, as my priority as a mother is ensuring my child’s safety and comfort. Both my son and I felt unsafe, and I was not willing to remain in an environment where we felt uncomfortable. When we went to check out and explained the situation to the staff member on duty at that time, I felt that she lacked compassion and understanding regarding our concerns. I felt it was important to bring this matter to your attention, as guest safety and comfort should always be a priority. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future guests. We are not from the area. We had to drive back to Los Angeles in the late evening.

Hotel is basic, but clean. I upgraded it to 4 stars because the breakfast was better than expected. Solid stay. Parking is $25 a night but there was $10/night holiday special. $25 a night to me is way too much and that was really my only complaint.
