Best place in North Park

I kind of want to keep this place to myself but then that wouldn’t be fair! Great location. I love that it has parking in a garage. Wonderful accommodations. The king size bed is glorious. We were in San Diego when an earthquake happened and Ignat called and checked on us. Check in and check out process seamless and smooth. We can’t wait to return!

Great Location!

Clean, spacious condo with thoughtful touches. There were plenty of extra sheets, pillows, and blankets, and even a couple od electric fans and other "just in case" items. Super nice and responsive host. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Great Stay in North Park San Diego

Great place to stay near everything in downtown San Diego. Host was super communicative, place has all newer amenities and is in a secure building. Cleanliness was great and we enjoyed being in walking distance to many good restaurants and a short drive or Uber to the Gas Lamp district was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property!! We would definitely stay again. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and offered great amenities, both in the apartment and in the common areas of the building! Perfect stay!

We came to San Diego for a long weekend. We stayed here based on the pictures and reviews. We were not disappointed! It is absolutely beautiful. We loved the property. Great location. Close to everything. So many good places to eat within walking distance. We had great communication with our host Ignat from check in to check out. His instructions for check in were perfect. We flew in late the first night so we were a little nervous about getting in but Ignat’s email provided perfect directions for us. He checked in regularly during our stay to make sure everything was going well. He even offered a few services that we would have taken advantage of if we had been staying longer like grocery delivery. We had a cozy balcony that provided a great view. We enjoyed going out there in the evening. Nothing was lacking at the property. Having a place to park in the attached parking garage was a game changer as it is often quite hard to find parking. I could go on and on. We had a great weekend and couldn’t speak more highly of the location, the property, and the owner. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to San Diego.

Amazing stay in North Park!!

This place was absolutely perfect for my wife and me! The location was incredible and close to many fantastic dining options and a grocery store. My wife loved the decor, and the apartment had every amenity that we needed for our week long stay. The bed is extremely comfortable!! The hosts were extremely fast to respond to any questions and the check in process was smooth and easy. Plus, the covered private parking made having a car so much less stressful. We will 100% book this place again when we return. Thank you for such an amazing stay!!

Fantastic

Everything about our stay was first class. Communication with the owners/manager was excellent. Even though we never met in person, the interactions were always very kind and replies were immediate. Upon our request they were even able to provide a shower chair, going above and beyond. The unit looks new, very clean, and organized. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The location is great in North Park with easy freeway access to all San Diego has to offer. The parking spot is another plus. Overall a wonderful stay. We promised a review, but wish we could keep this gem a secret.

North Park Gem

Just as pictured- clean, smartly decorated, quiet and comfortable. Free and secure parking a real plus. Ignat was a great communicator as well. The building also has a nice outdoor area and lounge giving you even more room to enjoy your stay here. Would definitely recommend this property.

Cute, clean place in convenient location

We had a great stay here. The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we were pleased with the travel crib. The neighborhood seemed nice and it was quiet and peaceful throughout the night. The apartment is a short drive to the San Diego Zoo and lots of other restaurants and shops. Everything you need is nearby and it's just a short trip to the beach or wherever else. The owner communicates very well and leaves clear instruction. If we come to San Diego again, we will certainly stay here again.

Great and convenient stay!

You know how sometimes the pictures are better than real life when it comes to booking places? Well I gota say in this case, the pictures and real life are just as amazing! Super clean place, lovely decor ( although not baby friendly) lol it was a very comfortable space, had everything we needed, stayed with my husband, 4yo and 1yo, communication with host was quick and easy, location was close proximity to everywhere we needed go , and all the popular spots and not far from airport either. Great plus was having laundry in the room which helped us out a lot! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
