Disappointed and Misled â Not Family Friendly or Accurately Listed
I wanted to leave a 5-star review, but after our stay, I simply can't recommend this condoâespecially for families or anyone expecting privacy, accurate descriptions, or basic hospitality.This is not a true 2-bedroom unit. Itâs a 1-bedroom with an open loft that contains a queen bed and limited balcony access to the spa. The âmaster bedroomâ is just the loftâno walls, no doors, no privacy, no paint on the walls. The only room with a door has a full-size bed, not a queen as listed. A random rollout twin canât even fully open. The layout is misleading and impractical.As parents traveling with children, this setup posed a major concern. Choosing privacy meant leaving our kids with direct access to the spaâa clear safety risk. Choosing safety meant sacrificing our own privacy. Itâs a no-win layout.The condo was also poorly stockedâno salt, no pepper, minimal paper supplies, and a cheap coffee setup. For the price, we expected better.The spa took two days to heat up, which makes it unusable for short stays.If you're a couple with low expectations, maybe this works. But if you value truth in advertising, privacy, or even basic readiness, look elsewhere. We regret booking this stay.*All pictures taken before moving luggage in, except the bed pictures, those were just to show dishonest bed sizes.
