Townhouse built in May 2017 with Ocean views from rooftop - 9 houses (2 minute walk) from the ocean front and close to the Bay. This truly is a family-friendly vacation destination.

This beautifully appointed modern vacation home features a private spacious ROOF TOP DECK with views of the ocean, Mission Bay and the Belmont park.

NOTE | Downstairs is a long term rental and the ground floor front patio is exclusive to that unit, and each unit has their own separate rooftop space. This unit is on the 1st floor and requires climbing stairs.

This home features an open floor plan with modern design. As you enter the house you have the kitchen which is well appointed with quartz counter tops, slate back splash & high end stainless steel appliances, equipped with full kitchenware. Bar stools around kitchen counter, outdoor dining table and additional seating with a fire pit table on the patio with a BBQ. The living room offers full seating, a flat screen TV. Features include custom hard wood flooring, carpet in living room, recessed lighting and opens up to the patio.

All 3 bedrooms & the remaining 2 bathrooms are located on the third floor. The Master bedroom houses its own Ocean View deck featuring La Cantina doors that join the outdoor and indoor space, along with a Flat Screen TV & a private bath with rain shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed. All beds are furnished with full linens & pillows, and all bathrooms are equipped with bath, hand towels & hand soaps. There is a front load washer & dryer. NOTE:Wall mounted AC/heat and a portable AC in the 3rd.

Tandem carport Parking for 2 vehicles, over sized vehicles will not fit. Mission Beach has narrow alleys and we recommend smaller vehicle.

This truly is a family-friendly vacation destination with a white sandy stretch of beach located out your front door. Just steps away are swim-friendly beaches with the Main Lifeguard Tower out front. For you surf enthusiasts, two popular surf breaks The Jetty & PB Drive are located within easy walking distance

Guest access
Guests have a access to the upstairs unit with 2 patios and roof top access (till the gate). Guests do not have access to the downstairs front area.

“Beach side” of Mission blvd, just a few houses from the Ocean & steps to the Bay. Conveniently located close to famous Belmont Park which offers the Roller Coaster, rides, food, games, & endless entertainment. Within a short stroll to Mission Beach Aquatic Center that offers sailing, kayaking, surf lessons, & much more. And just minutes to the world famous Sea World.

Other things to note:
- Cleaning supplies included (toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soaps, trash bags); anything else is guest’s responsibility

- We offer complimentary beach chairs, & sand toys
- Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time including children.

If bringing bikes please bring bike locks and secure your beach items. We are not responsible/liable for any stolen items or damage to anything including your vehicles. Guests are responsible for all their belongings etc.
