Welcome to our beachfront paradise in Mission Beach, San Diego! Indulge in a luxurious retreat and immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of the city, surrounded by the beautiful ocean. Our property boasts a modern and chic design, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring plush beds for a restful night`s sleep. The primary suite has a private ensuite with a king-sized bed. 2nd bedroom also has a comfortable king-sized bed. Third bedroom has a queen bunk bed, perfect for families or larger groups. The penthouse is the whole top floor.

Relax in the inviting living room, designed to offer a relaxing vibe, or prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen while enjoying the ocean breeze. The large open plan living space flows onto the balcony, where you can soak up the famous Californian sunsets or sip your morning coffee while watching the waves roll in.

The penthouse`s open layout and large windows provide an abundance of natural light with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the Mission Beach coast. Our home offers the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation. Take a stroll along the famous boardwalk or bike paths, enjoy the classic beachfront amusement park at Belmont Park or explore the delicious restaurants, bars, and shops in Pacific Beach, all just a short walk away.

Our property also includes free Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected while enjoying your beach vacation.

Additionally, we have a tandem garage that can fit most vehicles, but it`s designed for two compact cars or one mid-size SUV. The garage dimensions are 7’W x 14’D x 6`8`H, providing secure parking for your vehicles during your stay. Oversized or additional vehicles to park on the street. Please watch for street sweeping signs.

Mission Beach is perfect for walking end to end, or ride a bird scooter or a rental bike. Parking can be tough but with patience you can easily find a spot on Mission Blvd.

Nestled on the entire 3rd floor of our building, the penthouse offers a serene and private retreat away from the bustling city. The building features 2 other units located on the 1st and 2nd floors. The separate whole left side of the patio is designated for this unit only. (The hot tub and right side of the patio is for a different unit).

We take pride in maintaining a peaceful environment and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM. While we want you to have an unforgettable time, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the other guests and keep noise levels at a respectful level. Please keep in mind that there is A LOT of foot traffic near the beach and in Mission Beach.

In other words, our home is not a party house, and any additional guests not on the reservation must be cleared with the host beforehand. We want to ensure that everyone has a wonderful and peaceful stay.

House inventory:
- Ready-made beds and one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest
- One Beach Towel per guest
- Kitchen starter kit: hand soap, one sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels, and trash bags (Note: we do not supply any baggies, tinfoil, etc.)
- Bathroom: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- Laundry detergent

All cancellations subject to processing fees.
Rules:
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home. GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
3. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You`re welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm no earlier than 24 hours in advance.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach gear - such as towels, chairs, any toys or ice chests (if applicable). If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn`t a prior approved late checkout.
11. No pets without approval. If approved, you must clean up after your pet. No pets on furniture. Do not leave your pet unattended. $150 fee per pet.

This is an amazing location! Steps from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and stuff to do! House was immaculately clean, probably the cleanest we've ever stayed in! Rooms were just as described and linens and mattresses were really nice. Plenty of space and we really enjoyed the balcony. The garage was very small, I would recommend for a sedan or crossover SUV, not mid-size. We actually returned our initial rental car and got something smaller because of what a pain it was to park, there's also a water heater mounted on the garage wall, which made the space even tighter. They also keep the AC off until you check in, so when we arrived, 80 house and tiny parking made things stressful, but it did work well and cooled fairly quickly, would have been nice if the cleaners got it started on warm days. There were no bath mats or rugs in any room, which made everything feel a little sterile and would have appreciated at least hotel-style mats for showers. We overall had a great stay and would recommend this property.

Truly exceptional spot. The home was clean, beds were comfy, set up was perfect for hanging out with a glass of wine to watch the sunset. Having parking in the garage was an added bonus. Had everything you need for a visit. The bunks were even comfortable. Great for families (1/2 block from beach) or two moms bringing their seniors to visit SDSU! The host could not have been more responsive or helpful. 5 stars!

We’ve stayed in the area for years but typically on the bay side, so this was the first time on the beach side and everyone preferd it! Great access to the beach, to the restaurants down by Belmont, and to the bay! It was a last min unplanned trip and everything was great. Everything looks newer and clean and we had body boards and beach chairs so I would totally recommend!

We stayed here for a Bachelorette trip, and it was awesome! Perfect location - super close to the beach! A lot of space and the beds were super comfy. The only downside is that the two sofa beds were somewhat broken, but the host was great at responding and was able to accommodate with whatever we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location - easy walking to dining/bars, steps from the beach, and a great place to start a morning run (or walk to the Plunge for some reasonably priced lap swimming).And the penthouse was great for us. Very clean, plenty of space (6 people in our party) all the amenities we needed. Couldn’t have asked for more. Hope to be back at some point!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, made it easy to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, and quick dips in the ocean throughout the day. Walking distance to Belmont Park, which our teenagers enjoyed. As busy as it was at Mission Beach/Belmont Park during the day, it was quiet at night. The house was spotless and clearly well cared for. Every necessity was provided, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, which made settling in effortless and relaxing.Communication with the property owner was excellent. They were responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were ants in the kitchen (that time of year), however William quickly brought over ant spray to help remedy the situation. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beachside retreat!
