Wonderful place to stay! Just needs new mattresses.
Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was great except the mattresses. I'm not sure how old they were, but they sagged and caused sleeping problems because of that. We loved everything else! The living room furniture was lovely and comfortable, and we LOVED the views from the windows and balconies, as well as the sound of the surf. We also LOVED the easy access to the beach, the included free parking in a protected parking garage under the building, and that so many shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store are within an easy walk. We enjoyed the hot tub after swimming in the cold ocean. All for a reasonable price! We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully on new mattresses.

Location, Location, Location!
Publié le 9 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayRon's condo is located at the perfect spot in Pacific Beach. It really is spectacular to watch the sun set each night from the patio, in the living room, or either bedroom. You are steps from a great beach, on the boardwalk, and the parking garage is wonderful. Restaurants and bars are less than a block away. The beds are comfortable, sheets and towels seemed brand new, and the building was safe. Interactions with Ron were seamless, he provided everything we needed and was super responsive. We will be back!

Perfect Beach vacation getaway
Publié le 9 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo was perfect for our family vacation there is two master bedrooms with very comfortable beds each has their own bathroom and own patio with a great view of the beach. We loved being able to just walk out of the building and be right on the beach. Parking was great and easy to use with the remote opener and there were so many fun places to eat and Shop that we walked to most of them

Unbeatable PB location and ocean views
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the views and location of the unit. The unit served our beach vacation purpose, but may be a bit dated for others' likes. Though, the microwave and fridge are brand new. Also, quick response time from the owner when I had a question. Had a great time!!
