Robert and his staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. My partner is disabled, and Robert made sure he was completely comfortable throughout our stay. If you want park at the hotel get there early valet parking fills up quickly, but there is parking garage around the corner that is safe and cheaper the valet parking make sure to take receipt with you. Room was hot and had to call for maintenance and they showed up very quickly and responded and staff was very friendly a nice and handled everything quite quickly.

The property appears to be remodeled and is very nice. The rooms are small especially for more than 3 people. The front staff was very nice with the exception of one young lady, that when asked why our room was not cleaned and towels refreshed responsed by saying, “maybe you should stay at another hotel.” The only critique I have is cleanliness, and obviously the rude girl. The bathroom had black mold. The rest of the employees were courteous and very respectful; especially Erick, the gentleman working valet. The hotel sits very close to the light rail which was a plus and about a 15 minute walk to the Gaslamp District. I probably would never stay there again.
