Pros: I truly appreciated the reliable, excellent daily room service over my three-day stay. The in-room coffee maker and refrigerator were also welcome conveniences. Cons: Major issues with essential amenities and environment. The pool was padlocked early, despite posted "open" hours, leading to disappointment. My room's sliding windows were permanently locked, preventing any fresh air circulation. Furthermore, the lobby had a persistent, nauseating odor. Finally, the old, rickety elevators felt highly unreliable and concerning.

We checked into this room on Labor Day weekend, which I realize is a busy weekend think we are giving the last room that was available even though we had booked prior to the elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. The stairwell to get to the third floor was not well lit good thing I was not handicapped. We did have a baby with us so we had to carry the baby up and down the stairs, which is very inconvenient. The TV had limited stations. We are on the straight side and it was extremely noisy. I called the front desk to see if they were going to empty the trash since we did have a baby and had diapers and they said only if you call and I said well I am calling and I would like some fresh towel Is that OK? She said only if you call she seemed quite annoyed with my questions nothing to brag about this room or hotel just a place to sleep no-frills

Clean room, good customer service. Our second morning my shower wouldn't warm up but the previous day was no problem. Panera on site for easy meals and we enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi as well.
