Month long stay

Very cute old house. Great location to restaurants and parks. Needs maintenance in a lot of areas for the house. Back yard could be very nice however unmaintained yard so there is no yard at all. Outside of all the windows is very dirty making it hard to see out of them. Old mattress in both rooms are very uncomfortable. Les is great at communicating with us before and after checkout. A good outside cleaning checking for small repairs, cleaning up the yard for guests and replacing old worn out furniture would make this cute old house worth it!

Perfect location for outdoors exercise.

Property is between the ocean, Land’s End and the Golden Gate Park. We enjoyed one or more of these areas each day. As we did the Presidio and the Coastal Trail. There are terrific playgrounds near the house for young or older children. Restaurants are numerous one or two blocks away. Bus transportation is on the street. Neighborhood was very quiet.

We stayed here for a month to help a family member with a new baby. Les was kind and responsive. The apartment is spacious and within walking distance of local restaurants and bars, and a short drive to Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. We loved it!!

Fantastic Flat, Great Location

We loved our stay in this very spacious unit! The place had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable visit. Nice and quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to restaurants, Golden Gate Park, and Land’s End. Highly recommend!

A slice of home

It was really hard to leave after spending 6 weeks at this wonderful property. It is tastefully furnished with a kitchen that is well-equipped. The layout is perfect for families-- two bedrooms with additional rooms for studying/reading. There was an excellent amount of storage space and even laundry. If you're looking to spend an extended amount of time in the Bay Area, it is hard to imagine a better appointed and well located place than this one. So much to discover within walking distance-- Golden Gate Park, Balboa Street, the Presidio, and easy access to public trans and e-bikes.

Great space/ location

The space was very large ,clean and comfortable for us. Close to Balboa st was a plus along with golden gate park. The kitchen could use more pots ,cutting knives coffee cups and a whisk.... We would stay there again.
