This hotel was perfect for our needs: a one-night stay with easy access to the airport after spending several days in the Bay Area. The lobby was open, sunny and inviting, and the desk agent was welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were exceptionally spacious and immaculately clean, and the in-room microwave, refrigerator and coffee-making area were added pluses. We enjoyed a light dinner and the relaxed atmosphere at The Bistro as we were traveling with a group which ranged in age from 3 to nearly 80. In all, our party reserved four rooms and everyone had a positive experience. Would definitely stay again.

Did not stay. Was admitted to hospital the night before hotel stay. Called the hotel to cancel reservation but got no response from customer relations. No response from chat conversation. Was told an email is forthcoming but never received one. It's been 5 days since and have not received a response form Hotel.com nor the Courtyard about my message/concern.
