The rooms smell so bad and were not clean. The curtain in our room had blood stains that were visible from the hallway. The staff was very helpful and understanding but having to deal with this on a short family vacation was less than ideal. We ended up staying at a different hotel without actually staying here because of the conditions of the rooms. I would not book here again.

I have had better experiences in the past. we were told that it’s adults only in the pool area from 9pm to 11pm but they do not stick to their policy. Also towels are not stocked on a regular basis. Then we received a parking violation when we were booked for three nights once we went in to clear that up we were told about the parking pass to have displayed but never told about the 45.00 a night charge until the last night and was told that the third party had it displayed on their sight. (Not true)

Very disappointing. We have noticed the decline in the cleanliness of the bathrooms over the past 4 years since we’ve been coming. The soap/ shampoo dispensers are not filled, hair & black mold on the walls of the shower, quite disgusting. The main reason why we continue to stay here is the location, beautiful walking paths ,it’s dog friendly and great breakfasts. Housekeeping needs to do a better job

Terrible experience

They had an event on the floor level that was very loud blasting music. I called the front desk to ask what time music would be turned down and they stated they turned it lower at 10:30 and off at 11. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that had music so loud you could feel the base several floors up. This was uncalled for and I will never stay here again.
