Good hotel in a decent location. Central to fisherman’s wharf, union square, market st to Castro and other tourist locations Cable car is on the corner. Public transport is everywhere, just buy a all day or multi day pass. The two Breakfast host ladies are very welcoming. Breakfast was good but it was the same items everyday. Evening bar staff, really need some energy injected into them. They looked bored and uninterested in their jobs. Housekeeping inconsistent, left room by 9am and room not made up. On Thanksgiving Day, no room service or even let guest know of no room service. Will be more than happy to stay at the hotel again.
