El área de alberca está abierta y puede ingresar cualquier persona, no está restringido, sólo para huéspedes. El staff no dio opciones ni fue más allá, como mencionar, que es lo que hay en la zona para cenar, desayunar, etc. Hicieron mucho hincapié en las cosas personales, se guardaran en la caja fuerte. No me quedé la estancia completa, preferí irme a la otra propiedad en Bucerías la misma marca. El Ysuri de Bucerías, 100% recomendable

The property is well located in Bucerius to be walkable and short uber trips to the north side. However, the rooms and general condition in the photos advertising the property aren't reflected in the general condition of the hotel. The staff were pleasant and able to provide information about the area and you can trust their recommendations. Overall, one might get nicer stays on the other side of the highway but this location is is near the beach and town centre

This place is overrated. Direct access to the beach is ok but so is the whole town[which we fell in love with]. Our room was next to noisy construction and the receptionist refused to locate us somewhere else even as the property was virtually empty. No freebies here. Had to agree on rules and regulations as long as the Declaration of Independence including “no mopping floors with towels”. I’ve been globe trotting my entire life, but this one was a new one. lol Anyway, no warmth or atmosphere. Not worth the money and staff is far from being welcoming, let alone, friendly.

Nice grounds , quaint little sparse hotel. Clean , nice staff. No services, no TV. Staff leaves the property in the early evening. Good location, close to the beach, almost right on the beach. Close to restaurants, and shopping. No food or drink at the hotel. Plenty of options just outside of hotel.

This is hands down the best place to stay in SP!! Unless you need a kitchenette, this is the most gorgeous, luxurious beautiful beach front with a pool property. I can’t say enough about this! With only 7 rooms, it is quiet and peaceful. With huge garden area with palm trees and pool and beach front, this is paradise.

Spacious, somewhat plain rooms, but that doesn’t matter because it’s the most incredible setting of any non-resort hotel in the region, literal steps from the beach, sunset views, and a variety of restaurants. Kind and helpful staff. Will return again.

A very clean well run clean property right in the heart of San pancho. Beach front access, lounge chairs and a really nice pool. Staff excellent. It’s showing its age and needs some attention to chairs, loungers, umbrellas which all are tattered and need replacement but other than that clean and good value. Right in the heart of town. Parking has easy access to hotel.

Best location in San Pancho, right on the beach. Very private and secluded, but still in the center of the town. Bar on site is convenient and staff very helpful. We will book again.

Best feature was that the beds were great and sleeping was quiet, clean and cool! The property was nicely located in comparison to other properties. There were multiple power outages, the last one being our last night on a Saturday and in to Sunday and it made for a very problematic last 24 hours. We slept with no AC and were unable to shower off the day at ocean and unable to shower in the morning before leaving. Apparently it was a block wide outage and because it happened on the weekend, I figured we weren't going to get the problem resolved until at least mid-day Monday (long after we were scheduled to leave) The pool is beautifully located but not well cleaned and not particularly refreshing. There is an illusion of security but people can come and go from the ocean side/poolside of the property pretty much at all times as security personnel didn't seem very regular or much of a deterrence. The town, however, feels safe overall. I'd recommend staying but keep an open mind.
